This site explains PreOpen Leads and lets commercial-kitchen service contractors request a sample. Submitting the form does not create a contract or require a purchase.

Coverage and availability

Current coverage is limited to Los Angeles County. Other counties and independent health jurisdictions described as in progress are not promised as currently available. Any paid service begins only after scope, territory, and start date are confirmed directly.

Public-record information

Leads are assembled from public records and cross-checked across available sources. Public records may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or changed by the publishing agency. PreOpen Leads does not guarantee that every record is complete or that every lead will result in contact, a quote, or a sale.

Inspection signals

A recent inspection or cited code item is used only as a timing signal. It does not establish or imply that a current hood-cleaning, fire-suppression, or other service vendor performed poorly or failed to meet an obligation.

Pricing

The website describes the current offer as $200 per month per territory, with the first two weeks free, no contract, and cancellation at any time. Final scope and commercial terms are confirmed directly before paid service begins.

Responsible use

Customers are responsible for using contact information and public-record data in compliance with applicable calling, privacy, marketing, and professional rules. PreOpen Leads does not authorize automated calling, unsolicited text messaging, or any use prohibited by law.
