This policy describes the information collected through preopenleads.com. PreOpen Leads is operated by Benny Conn, a sole proprietor.

Information you send

When you request a sample, the form asks for your name, company, work email, trade, service territory, and an optional phone number. We use that information to prepare or discuss your sample and respond to your inquiry.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Form messages are delivered through Resend when email delivery is configured. Those providers process the information needed to host the site and deliver your message under their own service terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell website inquiry information or add form submitters to a marketing list. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer the inquiry, provide a requested sample, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through this site by emailing benny@preopenleads.com.
